What Solo Novo poets say about being published in v. 1 Wall Scrawls

I will read Wall Scrawls at every reading, party, picnic, and gathering I go to. Here's to Solo Novo!  It is a pleasure to be part of Wall Scrawls. Thank you from my heart.  -- Rosalee Gurrola

It's a joy to be in Solo Novo with all these other wonderful poems! -- James Cushing

Solo Novo arrived. Beautiful job. Proud to be there!  -- Carolyn Howard-Johnson

Al Maginnes's first poem references "Cup A Joe."  I recognize it as the name of a Raleigh coffee shop that I used to frequent, and sure enough, his bio reads "Raleigh." To make the connection even stronger/stranger--when I wrote my poem about the South, I was specifically picturing places within the same two miles of that coffee shop.  As the crow flies, the rose garden is about one mile NE of Cup A Joe and the "coffeehouse" is a Waffle House just 1 mile W of Cup A Joe.  Isn't that so wild that we not only ended up in the same journal with those two particular poems, but that the alphabet would put us back-to-back like that?  Solo Novo secretly reflects a shared geography!  -- Lisa McCool-Grime

Such a gorgeous cover and variety of thoughtful poems.  I'm enjoying immensely my issue of Solo Novo: Wall Scrawls.  -- Rina Ferrarelli

I am thrilled to have Solo Press print "Even Then."   -- Kat Good-Schiff

Nice that you love the work so much.  We writers appreciate your efforts.  -- Lee Rossi

I've finished savoring every page of Solo Novo.  Kudos for compiling such wonderful poetry 'under one roof' so to speak.  I applaud your introduction.  That alone was fantastic. It's just an incredible collection.  I am honored to be a part of it!  -- Michaelann Dimitrijevich

Solo Novo came out very handsomely--thanks again for including me.  -- Michael McLaughlin

Solo Novo is beautiful and full of good poems. I posted about Solo Novo at

http://www.nancysimpson.blogspot.com-- Nancy Simpson

Solo Novo is wonderful! And believe me I understand that it is a labor of love.  I’m very grateful to be included, read it cover to cover and particularly enjoyed Lee Rossi’s “Monuments,” Dian Sousa’s “The Second Coming of John Muir,” and Lisa McCool Grime. Wonderful stuff! -- Marsha de la O

This is one of the only journals I've been in that I actually really like.  I was even able to read my own poems, which I seldom do because a) they bore me and b) they look funny and c) I close the journal in embarrassment. BUT NOT THIS TIME!!!  Big fat Thankful Heart!  -- Dian Sousa
